- 2 onions, daintily cut

- 2 tomatoes, finely hacked

- 3-4 green chilies, cut longwise

- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic glue

- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder

- 1 tablespoon red stew powder

- 1 tablespoon coriander powder

- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala

- Salt to taste

- 3 tablespoons cooking oil

- New coriander leaves, hacked (for decorate)

Directions:

1. In a large frying pan or skillet, heat the oil over medium heat.

2. Sauté the sliced onions until they are golden brown when you add them.

3. Green chilies and the ginger-garlic paste should be added to the pan. Sauté for a minute to get rid of the garlic-ginger raw smell.

4. Add the cleaved tomatoes and cook until they become delicate and soft.

5. Salt, coriander powder, and turmeric powder should be added. Cook the spice mixture for a few minutes after thoroughly mixing it in.

6. Now add the beef to the pan and stir to evenly coat it with the spice mixture.

7. Cover the pan and cook the beef for 30 to 40 minutes, or until it is tender, over medium-low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pan's bottom. You can add a little water if necessary to stop it from drying out.

8. When the hamburger is cooked and delicate, increment the intensity to medium-high and sauté until the dampness dissipates, and the meat begins to brown. This will require around 5-7 minutes.

9. Sprinkle garam masala over the hamburger fry and blend well.

10. Embellish with newly hacked coriander leaves.
