A Guide to Making Deliciously Tender Chicken

Here is a straightforward method using a combination of ingredients for making chicken tenders:

Ingredients:

- Chicken bosoms

- Plain yogurt (1/2 cup)

- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)

- Olive oil (2 tablespoons)

- Garlic cloves (2, minced)

- Salt (1 teaspoon)

- Dark pepper (1/2 teaspoon)

- Paprika (1/2 teaspoon)

- Discretionary: additional spices and herbs of your choice, such as thyme, oregano, or cumin

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, consolidate the plain yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, dark pepper, paprika, and any discretionary spices and flavors you might want to add. Make a marinade by thoroughly mixing the ingredients together.

2. Place the chicken bosoms in a resealable plastic sack or a shallow dish. Make sure the chicken is completely covered with the marinade by pouring it over it. If you're using a bag, close it and gently rub the chicken to evenly distribute the marinade.

3. The chicken should marinate for at least 30 minutes to several hours in the refrigerator. You can marinate it for an additional night for even better results.

4. Preheat your skillet, stovetop grill pan, or grill to medium-high heat when you are ready to cook.

5. Allow any remaining marinade to drip off the chicken breasts after they have been removed from the marinade.

6. Using a meat thermometer, cook the chicken breasts on the grill or in a skillet for 6 to 8 minutes per side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). The thickness of the chicken breasts can affect the cooking times.

7. Before slicing or serving, remove the cooked chicken from the heat and allow it to rest for a few minutes. The chicken becomes more tender and flavorful as a result of the juices redistributing within the meat as a result of this.

By marinating the chicken in yogurt, spices, and lemon juice, you give it acidity and dairy enzymes that can help it become more tender. The chicken gets a boost of flavor and moisture from the marinade.
