You can follow this recipe to make mutton chops:
Ingredients:
- Sheep cleaves (4-6 pieces)
- Yogurt (1/2 cup)
- Ginger-garlic glue (2 tablespoons)
- Lemon juice (2 tablespoons)
- Red bean stew powder (1 teaspoon)
- Turmeric powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Garam masala powder (1 teaspoon)
- Salt (to taste)
- Cooking oil (2 tablespoons)
- New coriander leaves (for decorate)
Guidelines:
1. In a blending bowl, consolidate yogurt, ginger-garlic glue, lemon juice, red stew powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Make a marinade by thoroughly mixing the ingredients together.
2. Add the sheep hacks to the marinade and coat them completely. They should be marinated for at least two to three hours, preferably overnight in the fridge. The meat will become more tender and flavorful as a result of this.
3. Set the oven, stovetop grill pan, or grill to a medium-high temperature.
4. Brush the grill pan or stovetop grill pan with some cooking oil to avoid sticking. Line an oven baking tray with aluminum foil and lightly oil it before baking.
5. Grill or bake the marinated mutton chops in a pan or oven. They should be cooked until they are done to your liking, about 4-5 minutes per side. Depending on the thickness of the chops and whether you like them rare, medium, or well-done, the cooking time may vary.
6. After the mutton chops have finished cooking, take them off the heat and let them rest for a few minutes.
7. Decorate the sheep cleaves with new coriander leaves.
8. Hot rice, naan, or roti, along with some yogurt sauce or mint chutney, go well with the mutton chops.
Note: Red chili powder and ginger-garlic paste can be increased or decreased to adjust the level of spice to suit your preferences. Likewise, in the event that you don't approach a barbecue or barbecue container, you can cook the sheep cleaves on a burner skillet or in the stove utilizing the sear setting. Simply adjust the cooking time as necessary.
